Does Poof upload my photos?
No. Every photo and video is analyzed on your iPhone, and nothing from your library is sent to us or anyone else.
Can I get deleted photos back?
Yes, for 30 days. Poof moves photos and videos to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where you can recover them. Empty that album when you want the space back right away.
Will Poof delete anything on its own?
Never. Poof suggests what to remove and you confirm every deletion. Favorites are protected by default, and the best shot of every group always stays.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Poof! and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
